    Ok as boy who plays video games alot and is a 3d visual effects artist, I
    do get jealous of the characters I make, their always so built and
    organized yet I have cleaned up my diet and started eating breakfast but I
    really need more than that. I really do not want to spend time and money
    going to a gym as it will effect my job and my life. Home workouts are a
    MUST for me, but other then that I have been doing squats, pushups and jump
    squats for 5 weeks now, yet I no results. Is there anyway i can loose more
    without having to go to the gym and effect my job?

    Doesn’t take much to do some weight/resistance training. Do regular squats,
    and move to jumping squats for great gravity resistance. Get some
    dumb-bells and work those arms. Do some push-ups for the best natural
    weight training available. Targets your core and gives you some sexy ass

    I was into muythai kickboxing from age 23 to 29 and in great shape.
    But a soon I turn 30 my energy has drop BIG time, don’t train anymore eat
    junk food. I need help on how to get back to my younger me and loose this
    15 LB… I need to be told what to eat for breakfast,lunch,dinner and what
    home work outs to do. I still have my mma equipment and punching pads,bags
    in the garage but with no one and no energy to use them.. Help

    thats a basic advice, i knew that already, but maybe it’ll be useful for
    others ..i was 17 before and fun to use semi fit shirts pants etc. as other
    teen age do, but when i turned 18 i start to notice my belly growing little
    by little till now that im 20, im not fat, but then its only my belly

    a clean diet am vegetarian not really looking to gain muscle but i have not
    been able to lose my belly fat. Just like you , anything in a plastic bag,
